Questions on new blood work and test ratio

I'm on about 170-185mg per week test E x2 split injections
I take HCG and AI

So my blood work is a bit odd and i dont even know if this is a problem or not but I don't seem to be impressed with my total T numbers on this dose or "possible bunk gear". I'm not happy about the total number of 730, taken blood work 4 days after last injection, Basically should i even care about the total number or the free test is the one thats important ?

Exactly what do you see as odd? Only thing I see is a high FT percentage which probably indicates a low shbg level.

Is low SHBG a bad thing? It means "you're fat right" ?

Also, I'm not sure if 700 is legit or not, I would rather be higher than that but not sure if theres anything to be concerned about since my free test is pretty high

No it does not mean you're fat at all. Low shbg is really only a problem if you have other factors with it. Such as obesity, sugar issues, BP issues, etc. Google metabolic syndrome. You'll have higher FT with it but you metabolize your T quicker.

Not sure why you think your 700 is not legit. Higher isn't always better it's trt not a cycle. Gauge it by your FT like you referenced. You actually would probably benefit from titrating down a little. It would have less of an impact on your hematocrit and you may be able to come off of your AI or at least dose it down, which should be anyones goal.

Please repost with normal ranges for the labs. It's impossible to compare one lab's results to another.

Yes Total T is not a very useful number. Free T is much more important. Also knowing your SHBG levels is important. Again, these need to be accompanied with normal lab values.

You'll have higher FT with it but you metabolize your T quicker.

I guess i dont understand, what does this actually mean? I go through the test quickly?

Also how would you get SHBG higher, i thought it was genetic or something?

Not sure why this company doesn't even provide SHBG numbers, I don't see them so will look for another test in a month or so

Am I missing something? Why are you not satisfied with these numbers? Total T is well within range, Free T is way high outside of range, and E2 is about perfect. I would actually consider a dose reduction with those numbers. At 180mg/wk, and with way high Free T, chances are pretty good that your borderline high hemoglobin will go out of range with time and be difficult to control, even with maximum allowable blood donations.

Your thyroid numbers (T3) look just fine. Don't need to muck with that either.
