Been lurking for a few months.
I'm 31, 5'10", 206lbs. Former fat kid growing up, I gain fat and muscle pretty easily. Though I've been going to the gym regularly since high school (played rugby in college), its only in the last two years that I've gotten serious about forging the mind-muscle connection, reading actual books on bodybuilding (Rippetoe, Thibaudeau and Carter), and I've been lifting religiously 5 times a week.
These last 5 months I've gone back to basics: heavy, low-rep squatting, deadlifting, benching, and pulling work. It's felt great and I've grown. This week I'm starting to cap my lifts at ~60mins and adding cardio (ugh).
I'm hoping to do a short, "classic" Test E + PCT cycle in September 2018, or in February 2019. I've got more natty gains I can make in the meantime, and I need to get my BF down to ~15% (I'm at ~24% now). And I've still got a lot to learn about the gear. In the meantime it's back to meal prepping, lifting, and cardio.
Cheers!
