I have been training for around 10years and I am 29 now 5'11" with around
10-15% bodyfat at the moment and weighing 178lbs. I'm currently making
adjustments to my diet to reduce the excess bodyfat and I have switched to the training routine recommended on this board. I have just started a cycle of deca going up to around 250-300mg for an 8 week duration. This is my first cycle by the way as recommended by the board(cycles for novices). I am
simply looking for moderate gains in size and strength and some reduction in bodyfat. I currently don't have access to any other AS to add to the cycle and I am beginning to wonder if the cycle of just deca is going to be helpful for me. Advice would be greatly appreciated. I'm also wondering if clomid is absolutely necessary when ending the cycle.
