my side effect from 3rd cycle can not go away

hi all,
i am now 90kg and 178cm height, 34yrs old
my 1st cycle is Deca Mix 350mg/week , Test E 300mg/week 1-10weeks + 4 weeks PCT
after 6month , i ran my 2nd cycle which is dbol 50mg/ed 1-4weeks Deca 250mg/week ,sust 375mg/week 1-12weeks + 4 weeks PCT

them after 3month i started my 3rd cycle and also my 1st tren cycle which i have considered i did not fully recovered from last cycle
te 600mg/week ,eq 400mg, 1-16weeks , dbol 60mg 1-4 weeks , tren a 150mg/week 5-16weeks + 4weeks pct with 2000iu/e3d *8

now after 7 month my sexual drive is now ok but i am still suffering erection problem

is this because i am not recovered from last cycle ?

what should i do ?

can someone help me out here ?
