Between starting gear at 150 lbs and going down to 160 lbs as of today is a pretty big red flag that either nutrition or training are seriously lacking, if not both. Using more gear than your last cycle is not the answer to get to the goals you need, nor at the dosages for someone of your size.
Yo-yo'ing up and down between on/off cycle just means you will never keep your gains and you will never be able to maintain 200lbs 10% BF even if you magically get there due to lack of nutrition+training.
Either bulk up to somewhere around 220lbs naturally and a simple Test + Oral cycle at that point to cut down to 200-210lbs without jeopardizing muscle. Or do a slow lean bulk up to 190ish lbs and then add Test + Oral to get over the last hump to the 200-210lb mark.
If estrogen is a concern then adding more Test and going bananas on an AI is just a break even in terms of a performance gain. Testosterone can easily be cut with other compounds like EQ or Primo
No offense meant just being brutally honest. Your plan that you've laid out is equivalent to someone just learning how to drive, then deciding their first vehicle should be a Ferrari.
