I recently heard a fairly big name steroid guru (strength and bodybuilding coach) answer the question "what is your biggest regret when it comes to steroid use" .
I was surprised by his answer, as its not a political correct answer in any way and was 100% sincere and honest imo.
he answered "my biggest regret is that I did not run more AAS and higher dosages at an earlier age .. I started off way to conservative and believe that hindered my potential performance later on in life compared to what it could have been had I ran more gear from the start"
this is coming from a guru with a high level degree that really understands his stuff when it comes to the biology, chemistry, and pharmacology of AAS. so I think his statement says a lot about his view on how AAS actually works.
I've said on this forum before that if you took identical twins that trained the same etc.. but that twin B took drugs earlier on and at high enough dosages, and twin A did not take drugs until later in life, that twin B would ultimately be more jacked.
so its interesting to see someone that has competed at the highest levels and coaches at the highest level say he would go back in time to his young self and run higher amounts of gear so he could perform better all throughout his career
note: I'm not into calling people out publicly. So I'll leave this 'gurus' name out, as thats not the point. but he is fairly popular, travels the world doing seminars, has a world class competitive background, and coaches various high level athletes
