Best all in 1 sexual supplement

Hi All,

Thanks for your help recently, i recently posted about libido issues and I am seeing a private trt specialist who is giving me some clomid and monitoring bloods. He recommended me to buy a herbal sexual product too - As i have seen from here all the recommendations of Korean ginseng, Fenugreek, Maca, Zinc, Niacin, Ginko Bilba, Horny Goat, Yohimbine, L-Arginine, Pycnogenol, L Cartnine, Cayenne, Garlic etc - is there a supplement which combines a lot of the recommended ED herbs into 1 product?

I am off cycle have not been on for 4 years due to ED arising from it.

(I try things like Cialis etc however I would like a natural supplement on top too).

If it is a libido issue the only option are either steroids (Proviron) or pt141 i had libido problems on ssri the only thing that would help was pt141 drugs like cialis and viagra would only increase blood flow you still need the sex drive. all the above herbal supplements you mentioned above done nothing for me and i tried them all but you may have a different chemical imbalance than what i had. aswell i would not combine L-Arginine and L Cartnine with cialis your blood pressure might drop too low and you will then feel weak and lethargic

You're probably right but I think some of this depends on how low his LH and FSH levels really are. If he has any numbers from blood work it would be much easier for me to tell..

Let's just say your LH is 1.2 and your FSH is 1.5. Which is in range but still very low then yes a lot of those herbal supplements like kingko viola, fenugreek, ashawanga, ginseng and things like that will definitely help, but at the end of the day you're probably going to need something like Cialis or Viagra like motin30 said.

What Morton30 is saying is correct. You can have as much stuff in your system as you want that helps with blood flow, but if you have no sex drive due to low test, LH and FSH levels then none of that something's going to matter..

I have bought some L Arginine+Orthinine, L Carnitine, ZMA, Fenugreek, Ashwagandha, Vitamin D, - so I am looking for an all in 1 type product as some products contain a lot of the herbs I mentioned. I have an appointment with Endocrinologist in August, Urologist gave me Cialis.

My bloods are below:
Follicile-Stimulating Hormone (FSH)
FSH 2 IU/L (2-12)

Lutenising Hormone (LH)
LH 3 IU/L (2-9)

Prolactin (PRL)
Prolactin 227 mU/L < 401

Serum oestradiol level = 165 pmol/L (50.00 - 218.oopmol/L)

Sex Hormone Binding Glob. (SHB)
14.8 nmol/L (14.0-48.0)

Testosternone (TES)
Testosterone 11.5nmol/L (8.6-29.0)

I'd also take a look at other changes in your life that might have happened. Is your job more stressful, do you have more anxiety or other issues, has your wife gained 100 lbs etc. Drugs are not always the cause or the answer.

Yeah man with a LH and FSH like that I don't know what the problem could be. It must be other factors in your life. Even your testosterone level is a little low but nothing crazy. You should still have some sex drive with LH and FSH numbers like that..

High blood pressure is a common cause of ED that most people just over look.
Most herbal products are a waste. Stick with VIAGRA, CIALIS or LEVITRA.

Mucuna Pruriens and Longjack are STILL good to me (on HRT with clomid) to put some unexpected lead in the pencil, so to speak.

Is the clomid the doc putting you on long term or just for a short term bump? It seems to have treated me pretty well so far as HRT (though I'm thinking about the needle for my TRT at some point)

You need to combine that with a Viagra and smoke up a blunt. That is my recommendation.

Hell, when the gear is in your system, you shoot up and then a few hours later up goes the libido.

If the problem is related to SSRI use, and you are on that for anxiety, consider switching to Buspirone, it is much friendlier to sexual performance. But, don't go to high in the dose. For sleep, low dose (50mg) trazadone will help and help with erections, plus it wont disturb your REM cycle.

You are on right track with doing blood test and monitoring your test levels and getting your trt sorted, if you want to use herbal, it's waste of time for labido increase...........

Here is another good link if anyone is interested. If anyone has tried any of these would be good to mention as it could help others like me ha. I think I will try the Max Performer seems to have high doses of the known Ed ingredients and some great reviews.

P.s. Doctor has given me 5mg Cialis a day so I will start that.
