    Getting old

    Hey Guys

    I'm Kev 42 need to get back into the gym and get back on a course. Run Steroids through my 20s and early 30's and now the kids are out the way I want to get back on the train

    40s are the best. Life is settled and you can focus on spa 'ing yourself. More wisdome to it aswell.
