Fake AI Mid Cycle: Need Advice

I bought all my gear like back in December 2020 for this cycle.

THis is a Simple Cycle of Test E 250mg 2x per week with AI 1mg per day.

When I got my order I got two brands of AI that was 50 pills of each brand. The first brand i took was legit and i ran out and started the second brand and within 4 days of taking the second brand my nipples are completely on fire.

I went ahead and looked for a source with good reviews that could ship me new AI and PCT(i'm Getting rid of the pct order. I'm not running the risk of that being fake) quickly domestically. This new source will take at most 7 days to arrive.

So for now I'm thinking I should just stop the cycle and PCT after 14 days, but i desperately need AI for those few days i will be without it. Any recommendations?

I tried looking for Arimistane the OTC compound at these local store chains like GNC but no luck. Any advice?

How do you know you even needed an AI on 500 mgs test? Even old school dogma for a 500 mg cycle was .25 eod. You're using a ton of AI which if it was legit probably crashed your E2 and inhibited your gains. Nip sensitivity would be normal at this point going from probably almost no estrogen in your system to suddenly it rising again.
Sensitivity does not automatically mean gyno.

If you feel you need an AI take a look at peptide warehouses for liquid versions. And do not use as much as you initially did. Geez.

This is my 5th cycle. On my first cycle I learned pretty quickly to take AI 1mg EOD or everyday or suffer the consequences.

The first cycle I started test e 250mg 2x a week with no AI and within the 3rd week my nipples were on fire, gyno grew more (I already have puberty gyno) and had terrible depression. I did blood work and it showed crazy high E2

I jumped on AI and then PCT and was back to normal in a month. All other cycles I have used mostly 1mg EOD and have never had a problem since.

I'm going to do Blood work on Monday and then post it & ask a couple of questions here. I think I have a unique case that I've never seen on this board before and would like some insights if what I'm doing is retarded or smart.
