    Sub-Q vs IM Injections Differences???

I know the majority of the gear needs to be injected im. But, I know with things like peptides, you can use them sub-q or im. I was wondering in those circumstances, is there a preference for one or the other, and if so, why?

I ask mainly because I just got some PT-141. Me and my girlfriend figured we'd try it out for fun. I did the shots im, since I read something a while back suggesting im is preferable for peptides. But, I can't remember where that was, and everything I saw online is showing PT-141 being used sub-Q. So, trying to figure out moving forward, which one is preferable?

I’ve done my peptides - PT141, Melanotan 2, Semorelin Acetate and Ipramorelin all Sub Q and right into my belly fat.
Sub Q was recommended by my doctor and a slin pin is easier measuring because the quantities injected are so small.

None of them hurt but the M2 and PT left me super flushed and jacked my tummy up for a bit with some nausea. It’s fairly common. Just make sure in case you and your girl get the shits, you have some heads up and some privacy

Omg, lmao, the shits!!! Yea, that happened. Wasn't sure which one it was, but thinking from what you described, the PT-141. Not just the runs, but more gas than I ever though the body could possibly contain.

Thanks for the info. From what I'm seeing, im seems to absorb faster than sub-q, but the difference isn't particularly huge. I do like the sub-q for the fact that it does make the measuring much easier. Think I'll stick with that on most of them from here out. I appreciate it!

PT 141 is notorious for nausea and upset stomachs

I have been wondering this too and did a poll on Reddit asking who did what.
The majority of course inject sub-q.
And as we know, blood work with TRT shows higher levels of circulating test with IM than sub-q.
But that might be due to the fact that test is in oil whereas peptides are in water.
    Who knows really.
Personally I have used BPC-157/TB500 and injected sub-q into the local area needing it(broscience but also anecdotal) and it worked fine.
At this point,it's up to you to try both and report back on effects(granted if your source is legit)

From a study I read, test in oil resulted in a slower absorption but more bioavailable testosterone when injected subcutaneously.

HCG resulted in significantly less bioavailability when injected Sub q. I still inject it sub q, because I hate poking my muscles constantly.

I think I read the same study.

It said something about subcutaneous injections convered to estro a little less than IM, but needed to be injected more frequently in smaller doses for stable test levels.

I've also shot test sub q and it seems to work just fine.
