Finasteride user - when quitting elevated prolactin and progesterone how to lower?

As title states, I’m now on Caber for prolactin but I’m not sure what to do about the elevated progesterone?

If the elevated progesterone is due to the rebound effect of quitting finasteride, then the effect is transitory and you shouldn't take anything and just let your body adjust itself.

Thank you. What sort of timescale are we looking at or should I take anything to help? Also doesn’t the 5AR compete for the progesterone receptor?
