Hi all, 37yr old male, recently started to get back into the gym after a long hiatus. I used to work at a gym before I got married (moved to a different city after marriage) had a good routine of 1hr cardio before my shift, and weight training after my shift, with the gym to myself as I was quite often the one closing. When I got married in 2011, I was 205 with 15%bf, wife got pregnant within the first month of marriage, started getting her cravings which I would have to end up finishing so they don't go to waste, packed on some pounds, wife got pregnant again 4 years later, same deal. I've since gotten snipped, so no more restarts of the 18yr count down for the kids to be adults, daughter is now 4, and started going back to the gym to get back to my former self. Just entering the research phase of my potential dive into the anabolic world. Looking forward to learning from you all.
