Any recommendation appreciated

So I’m about to start my 2nd ever PCT, my first was just straight nolvadex and to be honest I don’t think it did anything for me.

I went straight back on test at 500mg pw and I never came off, I lowered the dose to maybe 125-150mg pw and then back up to 500mg.

I’m going to PCT in a few weeks, I’ve found a new online source which has a brand which has been lab tested, I used their test & i had zero issues with it, they also have a PCT, I know an “all in one” isn’t for everyone but I’ve gone for it anyway.

Question is it doesn’t state the number of pills a day, I’ve tried working it out but I can’t seem to find the balance of Chlomid to Tamoxifen to match their individual daily dosing.

Clomiphene Citrate 25mg/tb
Tamoxifen Citrate 10mg/tb
Mesterolone 15mg/tb
Tadalafil 3.5mg/tb

That is a good looking product! I do both question and simultaneously like the addition of proviron in it. I think adding it is a good thing overall. What is the brand, if you don't mind? Note that we can post BRANDS, just not CONTACT info or URLs.

Clomid to Tamoxifen ratio is good. 100mg Clomid / 40mg Tamoxifen daily for the first week is a common recommendation, though based on my experience with Clomid, I would say you could likely do 50 / 20 the first week, then 25 / 10 for the remaining weeks. That is based purely on my experience with Clomid as HRT, though, so take that dosage recommendation with that in mind. So, you could do 4 tabs a day to get 100/40, two tabs a day to get 50/20, and then finally 1 tab a day to get 25/10.

With that in mind, it sounds like you have been on for a while, so you might need the higher doses. Did you use HCG during cycle?

I wasn’t sure on Proviron but it’s quite a low dose so I’m sure it’ll help with the affects of coming off test.

The lab is IntexPharma, when researching I found a handful of negative reviews but they were from around 3-5 years ago, my new source has all their range and all lab tested so I think they may have sorted themselves out now. Always sold out also so must be a favourite for cost also, around 20% cheaper than the biggest brand names.

I was thinking possibly going for -

WEEK ONE: 4 a day
WEEK TWO & THREE: 2 a day
WEEK FOUR: 1 a day

I’ve never used HCG, I’ve read briefly but never fully understood it so have avoided it, my knowledge of peds are quite mediocre, always have stuck to a test cycle with the occasional oral to kick start & that’s it, I need to fully research other compounds before use i think.

That looks like a good pct plan since you haven't used hcg. You might even extend it a couple of weeks (add like 2 weeks at one tab a day), depending on how long you ran.

I’ll run as long as I can with these, I have 100 tabs so I think I’ll have around 5 weeks worth at that dosage, I’ve been on test of some level for maybe 8 months I’d say, definitely looking forward to getting some sort of normality for a while, thank you mate, appreciate your input

I haven’t, I know I should do, not sure if you’re US or UK based but my doctor in the UK is quite difficult to get bloods done when I mention the reason. Also it’s very expensive (near myself anyway) not that there’s a price on health, I would 100% like to have my bloods done if I can find a reasonably priced and open place to do so

HCG, run during the cycle, is the only way to keep the testicles from shutting down. All that stuff you take after is irrelevant imo. The pituitary can bounce back pretty quickly once it realizes there isn't enough testosterone in the blood. The testicles are what take a while. You should have educated yourself more before sticking yourself with a needle, but you live and learn. Next time run HCG throughout the cycle.
