50 Mg a day should be fine. My first ( and only )time I ran it 5 weeks. I personally loved it.

I'm about to run some ** tabs at 50mg/day for 40 days. Hope to put on a few or 5 lbs. Since I bought 100 of them, it is tempting to run 3 cycles of 33 days, but I don't think I would get the full benefit that way.

yeah i would say 50mg ED including saturday and sunday. that would do you some good. 4 weeks is uhhh ok.. 5-7 is sweet!!!
