Not to be man crushing on this dude but what creates this 3D effect this guy seems to posses? HGH? Anavar? I seem to be rounded and somewhat full but nothing like this? Even his abs look huge compared to mine.

It wasn't sure if anavar would enlarge the abs like he has? I've only been on test cyp and anastrozole.
