im not cutting, im just looking to build lean muscle, but my diet is down pat. between 4-5k very high protein and lots of good carbs brown rice, whole grain pastas and such, Lots of chicken and salmon. diet is not the problem. I only ate the bar with the anavar because I eat breakkfast when I wake up, and then I took the anavar an hour later when I got to work, but I read to eat somthing with it so I just downed the bar before I took it. im also on my 2nd gallon of water already, Im supposed to take another 10mg in about 2 hours, what can I do to help it this time?
