Eat clean and well, train hard and smart, sleep, don't party too much ect. Supplements do not matter at all. Eat what you like.
If you're looking for random little tips, I just started taking Bromelain. It's basically pineapple extract and supposedly helps with protein digestion. I don't know if it'll make a real difference, but it has other health benefits, is cheap and supposedly makes your spunk taste better for the wife...
