What does the word 'run' mean in the field of steroids? Being on a cycle?

HCG will usually last about 3 months after reconstituted (dissolved) in bacstat, though the strength does degrade over that time. Not sure of exact numbers, but I think I would call 3 months the limit.

"Run" means what you said: using a drug, being on cycle, etc.
Example:
I want to run 50mg dbol with 400mg Test <- taking both dbol and test
