I started writing a stage play last week.

Wrote a screenplay 20 - 25 years ago. Took a few classes and seminars. Read a few books and then did it. Took about 4 months I believe. A very enjoyable and cathartic experience.

A buddy who is in the business let some folks take a look at it. They were kind and gentle in their honest rejection of any possible potential.

Totally glad that I did it. I still could see a book/novel in me, but the driving urge to start hasn’t kicked in.
