    Adding IGF-1 LR3 to cycle

Planning my next cycle and debating on throwing in IGF-1. Wanted to see what you think a proper dosage should be because I've seen numbers all over the place.

My plan is test c & nandralone for 15 weeks with an oral thrown in in beginning for 4-5 weeks.

I'm debating introducing IGF-1 into the cycle due to reviews I've seen. My question is I see dosage anywhere from 30 mcg all the way up to 100mcg a day (I'd assume 1st time somewhere on the lower end is preferable) and most have said to run it 4 weeks then come off to let receptors upregulate for 2-3 weeks and repeat.

Is this in the ball park and if so which dose would you recommend to see good results but reasonable for 1st time using the compound?

It's not easy to advocate for IGF-1 analogs, as the outcome is generally temporary.... Sure, turbo glucose disposal makes you appear yoked in the mirror and may lend to a euphoric pump...however your long term return on investment is going to go farther with HGH.

Noted. I didn't run across that in my research but it's good to hear information from people who are actually experienced with both compounds or know about them.

    Thanks

To Vette's point, many many years ago when I used LR3 IGF I saw somewhat immediate fatloss that quickly reversed when I stopped.
