    Rate my tren blast

    Just got bloods back and good to go, last cycle ended 2/23/25 and been cruising since.

    Stats:
    Age - 37
    Height - 5?8
    Weight - 190lb
    Bf - 8-10%

    This will be my 3rd cycle (second tren cycle).

    Current cruise:
    120mg test c
    100mg deca
    5mg retatrutide
    4iu gh

    Blast Cycle (10-12wks):
    200mg test c
    100mg deca
    5mg retatrutide
    4iu gh
    400mg mast p
    400mg tren a
    100mg anavar
    10mg cialis
    20mg telimisartan
    20mg nolvadex
    0.5mg caber e3d
    500mg injectable l-carnitine preworkout

    Macros will likely be heavy surplus in beginning for anabolic growth and then deficit last 2-3 weeks.

    300-350 P
    500-600 C
    100 F
    ~4700 cals

    200-250 P
    200 C
    40 F
    ~2160

    Side notes:
    I have high TDEE (2800-3000cals) and fast metabolism and super responder to AAS. I take all the proper supplements like Tudca, NAC, fish oil, gut health, etc.

    Still undecided how I want to strategize my Hgh timing. I?ll be forced to do morning workouts which is new to me. So will probably do 2iu pre and fasted and 2iu later in day. or something similar to Gearheaded bolus dosage protocol for start of blast and heavy cal surplus

    ? 4-5 days per week on workout days.. about 1 hour before your workout take a large bolus dose of HGH, 8-10iu (with a carb meal). pre workout take 10iu of slin. intra workout drink 50g of carbs, 15g of EAAs, 5g creatine, 5g glycerol, teaspoon of salt?

    But minus the insulin, and I?ll be using dextrose powder for the timing of carbs pre/intra/post.

    im sure there are a couple chems u can still add, shit u only have about 47 in there. alot of stuff going on in there, in my mind way to much, and some big doses.

    I would love to see full pics and bloods prior to the start and esp at the end.

    are u taking all that for rec purposes or are u trying to compete.

    Here?s my bloodwork work before and mid cycle.

    This is all rec purposes but I treat it almost as if I am trying to compete. I thoroughly enjoy the sport.

    Update

    I slowly titrated my cycle up to week 5 (and then mid cycle blood draw).

    Front loaded 600mg of test cyp after labs and current doses are:
    Test 600mg ew
    Mast 600mg ew
    Tren 400mg ew
    Deca 100mg
    Var 100mg ed
    GH 6iu on training days
    Reta 7.5mg
    Cialis 10mg
    Telimisartan 80mg
    Nolva 40mg
    Caber 500mcg e3d
    Injectable carnitine 600mg
    Igf-1 lr3 80mcg post workout
    Peg-mgf 400mcg on rest days

    Might ride this out till end of cycle. Won’t be increasing Tren because I know this is my limit before sides get to be too much and recovery suffers.

    Bloodwork attached. This is week ~10 wanted to see how it looked after bumping everything mid cycle. Tren sides starting to build up- anxiety, insomnia, gyno paranoia. Ended up crashing my estrogen with Aromasin from trying to balance gyno symptoms (puffy nipples, soft lumps beginning to form). My appetite for food has been unreal lately so diet has been slacking and feel like losing benefits of this cycle so I started my exit strategy and lowered doses after this bloodwork.

    Test 450mg
    Mast 500mg
    Deca 100mg
    Tren 175mg
    Primo 200mg
    Reta 9mg
    Nolva 20mg
    Caber 500mcg e3d
    Telimisartan 40mg
    Anavar (removed)

    Completely unrelated, injured myself at work 2 weeks ago trying to lift something I shouldn?t have alone. Long story short, might?ve torn a bunch of tendons/ligaments in both forearms/biceps/wrists.

    Been using what I had available to recover as fast as possible.

    2.5mg tb500 single injection then ran out
    10mg bpc157 split into 2x 1000mcg am/pm
    1000mcg Peg-mgf before bed eod
    10iu GH split am/pm, mostly PM
    100mcg igf-lr3 split am/pm, alternating days with peg

    Hey Bro. I've been away from the game a while. Not sure what the norm is now. This looks like a pretty complex stack. I've never been a Deca fan but I have never seen it in a cycle with Tren either. Used to be normal to just do Test and Tren. Maybe add some Var or Dbol in the first 5 weeks. For me personally I'd love to learn why you added each of these. Again I have been out of the game a while and playing catch up. I love all the data from your bloodwork. Your rocking at 1500 mg of test in your system right now? DAMN! That's a lot more than my blood work shows. Hope the tendons and ligaments heal up. The older I get the more mine concern me.     Hey Ron, the low dose deca was specifically for joint health support. 80-100mg deca helps lube it all up. Pushing this any higher would def cause more sides with the combo of tren in there but because it?s so low can reap the benefits of the joint support without the sides of combining two 19-nor compounds

    Post cycle check-in. Current weight is now 198lbs. Just for labs back this week and everything is mint except alt/ast still slightly elevated 50-60 range. Another 4 weeks and I?ll be ready to blast again.

    My bridge was 300 test 300 primo 200 deca 7iu originally, made adjustments shown in previous post after seeing crashed e2 and massive igf levels.

    I might taper hgh further down to 4-5iu in a week or two based off how I?m feeling after I lowered it already.

    First time trying primo and felt awful with crashed e2 and carpal tunnel symptoms from too much GH. Learned that 1:1 ratio is too much suppression so front loaded some test and got some test base to help get my aromatization back up to par quickly. It?s been a week since front loading and already feel MUCH better.

    That?s a lot of stuff, but if that works for you then have fun with it.

    I love tren but it doesn?t love me. I get pretty much every side imaginable unless I keep the dose really low- <200mg/wk. I sweat non-stop; lifting, walking, just standing in place, I sweat in my sleep. The pumps are insane. I had to take so much taurine to combat the back pumps. It becomes incredibly obvious I?m ?on? when I blast tren, everybody asks me about it. Then people ask me what I?m taking etc. I don?t like that kind of attention and I don?t have the energy to school newbies on PED?s, or how to look like a god safely. I just say I?m natty but at my age I can?t really fool anyone into thinking I?m natty anymore, so tren can?t be blasted.

    Seeing as you?re deep in the juice, how do you handle all the questions? Do you tell people? Do they try lecturing you on health? Because if I told people, I know I?d get a lecture about health etc. I don?t have the energy to argue and I don?t want the jealous pewny people trying to spread gossip about my enhanced gainz.

    I know exactly where you?re at, I was pushing little bit of tren and dipping my toes but I didn?t want it to be obvious. That feeling eventually went away and I just accepted that I?m going to own it all the way. I won?t advertise it but if anyone asks, I?m not natty lol. I knew I wanted to go deeper in this exploration eventually so no sense in trying to hide it for me personally.

    As far as health etc, im not adverse to taking ?calculated risks?. So doing all that I can to be as safe as possible while being dumb as possible, if that makes any sense at all. What that means is complete transparency with my primary care doctor friends and family, lots of bloodwork, clean foods, vitamins/supplements and I don?t feel any type of guilt this way. Just being honest with myself and when it needs to be dialed back, etc.

    Have fun with it and be safe, I have a family and nothing is worth risking permanent or irreversible damage. People will judge but that?s none of my concern. You do you brother and forget the rest 💪
