Winstrol equipoise stack

Hi guys/gals

Im 159lbs and considering doing a winstrol and equipoise cycle. I was just wondering if some of you more experience guys might be able to give me an estimate of how many lbs il gain and how much of that will i keep after the cycle?

Need to add Test bro. Test/EQ cycle will an appropriate diet and proper training should render at least 20lbs with 90% being keepable with proper post cycle therapy and diet manipulation

That cycle may cut u up a bit but at 159 lbs u need to go for mass IMO.

What do you mean exactly by Test?
Do you mean testosterone? ifso what do you recommend?
The thing im worried about is bad side effects. I have taken a 7 week cycle of dianabol and i got tingly nipples on that (no gyno though luckily).
Baring in mind the above what do you recommend?

Yes testosterone. There are many kinds, enan, prop, cyp. Go to drug profiles on the AR main page and you can get a detain look at all of 'em. If you going ot run a cycle also remember the anti-e's. If you ran a 7 weeks cycle of D-bol and got no signs of gyno w/o running and anti-e, then your lucky.

I was taking Nolvadex along with the Dianabol and still got tingly nipples.
Can anyone recommend a Test which has the least possibility of Gyno?

Iv been reading up on the Tests and am not too keen on using them.

Going back to my original post for a second...
Could i get 14lbs from this Winstrol and Equipoise cycle?
Ifso how many lbs roughly would i keep after the cycle?

Add test. You need it in every cycle.

The hair loss side effect scares me
and Gyno.

run nolvadex and liquidex together through whole cycle and you probaly won't experience any sides at all.

I just got off a winny eq cycle i gained 19lbs solid muscle. I dont think u need test. IMO

U should be very happy with your gains. U will gain lean muscle mass as long as you eat a high protein diet.

I got news for ya, got to inject winny and eq more than once a week. You won't gain that much if you plan on injecting this once a week. Also, winny is the worst for your hair line in my experience. I tried a cycle like this to cut up on for spring break. I ran:
400mg eq/week(2 injections a week)
50mg winny/eod
35mg anavar/day
cycled in some clen with this also
I gained some quality lean mass but I do agree that at 159lbs there should be some test in there.

Its really up to you what you want to do, personally I would have run test in my cycle if I had it at the time. I am very happy with my results so far in week 7:
EQ 400mg/wk, Winny Weeks 6-12 50mg/day. I have only gained 8 pounds but it is all lean, hard muscle. My strength went up a good bit but nothing insane. I have read where people have had almost the same results as me and some where they gained 20-30 pounds. I guess the drugs react differently with different people. IMO, run the test, as long as you have nolv you should be fine with gyno. At a dose of 500mg/wk you should not see really bad side effects. Just my .02, Doc.

Hey dave, i just got a similar stack, although i have ana-test 2500, which ive never used, some say it is better than sustanon, which is 4 diff types of test in a mix, aratest is only 2 types, U have to have a testosterone, test is the best
