    i need alot more energy wheni work out, i do not want to take any diet pills what do you do for energy?

    Alot of people do take diet pills before a workout to give them a little extra entergy, but I personally dont like to. I do drink high carb entergy drinks though, but they are also loaded with cafine.

    First of all...why do you feel like you need "a lot" more engery? do you suffer from chronic/constant fatigue? if you suffer from constant fatigue, i would look at your level of activity and number of workouts per week (ie is it too much), diet, sleep, etc. if everything is good, and you still suffer from symptoms, you should go see your doc.

    a lot of it for me comes down to diet, time of day i work out, or even music during my workout.

    going herbal...ginseng is suppose to "increase energy/support vitality." there are many other herbs with such claims.

    i took hydroxicut last year and lost 2o lbs. i was trying to get cut up. the problem with diet pills is that i do not feel like eating after i take one. i am trying to gain weight and eat. its hard to gain weight when i do not feel like eating
