how are u taking 600 mgs a week of sust?

In my experience arimidex at .5/ed is good for that dose. Anything over 750mg/wk and I'd bump up the dose to .75 or 1mg/ed.
Also arimidex won't work for deca and I doubt you'll have any problems from 400mg/wk.
