    First I ever saw this guy. Wrong forum but you got to see the picture this guys arms from the 1980s.

    how come everytime a pic of a big ass mofo is posted peps come in and say, "it looks photoshopped"

    I am a little bit of an old guy and I remember seeing phil back when he used to compete, he looked very good, but his arms were no where near that big, the photo has been altered.

    I am now of the opinion that the pic is faked I found some other pics and the arms are not even close to that big. My bad.
