Talking 1st day at a real gym........

well, today was arm day for me and some friends of mine came over and woke me up and we went to work out, well i got the password to this gym at these nice apartments, they have almost everything... incline press, cable crossovers, smith, dumbells up to 50 (boooo), tredmills and other stuff... ne way, i started out w/ warmup of 30lbs dumbell curls, then moved to 35, then 50, then moved to the curl machine thing which isolated my arms so much i was like OMGOMGOMG AHH cuz it worked my muscles so much i was flipping out (never felt this at home), then i got on the tricep machine but the bar was to long and i couldnt get extension, maybe my arms were to small or i have weak triceps.... ne way i finished up with some cable curls and i tried some crossover and now my whole upper body is having spaztic muscle shakes, if i lift my tv remote my arm goes into a seziure. man ive never felt like this, i love it....

Yeah, it is a big change going from a home work out to a huge facility. I used to do dumbells and stuff at home and then I got a membership to Bally's when I was 16 and was like holy shit. I didn't even know where to start but I had a good first workout. Man I can't believe I have been lifting like 6 years now. I'm gettin old.
