Thanks, but what do you mean by "any gear or PH use?"? I´ve never taken any steroids or something like that, but I have taken Kreatin and I´m right now on a Kreatin plus ala cure which hopefullt will work just fine.

Thanks guys! I have now gained around 20 kg (44 lbs) in 5 month totally natural. Training flows on just fine so my goal is to get as big as possible, whilst staying natural as long as possible.
