Liquadex and liquanolva?

Sup bro's, i'm new on AR and been reading up on alot of stuff for about 2 weeks and first wanna say site kicks ass, I'm running sus @ 500mg for 10 weeks and deca @400mg for 5 weeks, ill be running winny for the last 5 weeks at 200mg, so my question is pretty much how much nolva and liquadex i should run?I've been reading up and 20mg of nolva ed and 1mg of liquadex ed is the best that i've come up with for my situation. I ran fina and prop months ago and got a bit of gyno so i read up on the nolva and dex and i'm thinking its ideal for preventing any gyno on this cycle. Also has anyone heard of dex and nolva actually helping with gyno and reversing it? Appreciate your help bros and again site kicks ass.

deca for only 5 weeks isn't going to get you anywhere. either get enough to run with your Sus or just don't use it at all.

10 mg nolva and .5 mg liquidex should do just fine.

so how long would u say i should run the deca for? getting more isnt a problem just not sure how long to run it for.

i'm on my 2nd cycle, i'm 5'8 204lbs and about 16 percent fat
been training for about 2 years now. And thanks alot for all the info
