Very WIDE OPEN ENDED QUESTION.
I don't take in just protein after working out either BTW.
Amounts will be indicative of personal stats, goals, diet, training, activity, gear, aids, etc.

I'd say about 50 grams of whey protein isolate, and about 110-115 grams of dextrose, taken with R-ALA, Biotin, VS, and possibly a shot of L-Glut.
That's w/out juice as juice could be 200mgs a week, or 2000 mgs of all different items, and that would have an affect on the ratios you see.

gotta experiment brah...but 110 grams post workout is a good starting point.
