Wondering for those of us who do shorter esters like fina, prop, winny or even suspension - you guys shoot rotating spots (say R delt, L delt, r bi, L bi, R quad, L quad, etc) or do you normally stick to one area - say rotating delts EOD or ED. ? I have rotated as well as stuck to one area but I often figure that its better to have one area stay a little sore all the time than have every area a little sore - so this current prop cycle I am sticking to delts

i usually shoot painful AAS on friday so im sure that the pain would not fuck up my training (weekends = break)
jk... couldn't resist i knew it would turn CYC on!
