i don't have time to go to gym twice a day for cardio and lifting... so..
if i go to gym first in the morning, do my 40 min cardio, then take a shake with protein and simple sugars (ernergy for lifting, Taken with R-ala) and protein (wait 15 min), then lift and take my PWO.

or what will be best solution for me ?
is this will be ideal for fat lost or not ?

right now i go in the middle of the day, i do liftting + cardio + PWO (bad)

also i have 2 or 3 questions...

Sometimes can i take beer instead of a cheatmeal (Taken with R-ala) ?
Is Small grean peas are good veggies?
