Ok, I like to think I basically know what I'm doing when it comes to diet and exercise, but I must be missing something becuz I swear my physique has not changed at all in the last few months. About a year ago, I was 5'5 and about 127lbs...I did no carbs for a few months, lost some belly fat quickly...then slowly reincorporated a moderate amount of fibrous low-GI carbs...right now I'm around 115lbs..not sure of bf%. I've been eating 1200 cals a day, about 100g protein, between 50 and 100g carbs (more on lifting days, less on non-lifting days) and 30-50g of fat (depending on the carb intake). Right now, i'm attempting a 1000cal/day diet in an effort to get rid of a few more lbs. of fat. I lift 3-4 days/week, and do cardio 30 mins. 3 days (gonna bump that up to 4-5 days) and I keep my lifting and cardio sessions separate by at least a few hours if not a full day. I don't eat for about an hour after cardio, and eat protein/fat meals once i do, and eat protein/carb meals after lifting. I usually incorporate 1 cheat day every week or 2 to keep my metabolism going...I've also tried eliminating cheat days for a month...either way, i look the same. Anyone have any suggestions??
