I have added up the protein, fats, carb, & cals. Here it is:
Meal 1 protein/fats/carbs/cals
2 servings oatmeal w/2 spoons peanut butter & 6 hardboiled egg whites=55/50/65/910
Meal 2
8 oz chicken breast & 1/2 cup brown rice=58/14/80/590
Meal 3
8 oz chicken breast & 1/2 cup brown rice=58/14/80/590
Meal 4
2 6oz cans tuna & sweet potato=67/5/35/436
Meal 5
8 oz chicken breast & 1/2 cup brown rice=58/14/80/590
Meal 6
8 oz chicken breast & 1/2 cup brown rice=58/14/80/590
A little more of everything because I use some of the recipes on here for chicken, tuna, ect.....
I know the chicken & brown rice as a meal is kinda repetitive, but I use some of the great recipes on here & I will look into maybe a mix of chicken breasts & fish fillets throughout the day. Please give any opinions that you guys might have. Thanks
