hey i have been workin out for many months now and i just don't see the results i want. Now i know people r gonna stay wait and what not but i simply want results asap and get all ready for cancun and the spring time and the clubs = ) Well i am about 5 8 155 pounds and i was wondering if D bol is a good starter for me to start off with to gain a few extra pounds ? please any info will be greatly thanked.
