no. get your bf tested by means of water. 98% accurate i believe
Do you live near a major university? Most of them offer DEXA (which is the gold standard now, far better than underwater weighing) for a reasonable fee.

All major university kinesiology programs are switching to DEXA for measuring LBM and adipose tissue and like i said before often offer the service for a very low fee.
