Whats up bros I just wanted to share what I have been doing for the last month and week with you guys.
6:45am Meal 1:6-8 egg whites, 2wheat toast with fat free creamcheese and sugar free straberry jelly, bowl of oatmeal and 44g whey pro with milk
1 tab of 4-andro(Nortek)
7:15, 5-10g of creatine
8:00 train 30min to 45min
8:45 4 scoops Massive whey gainer(93g carbs)
5-10g of creatine
11:00 Detour bar(30 g protein)
1:00 3-4 onces of fish, 1 serving of veggies, 2cups of rice or potatoes
V-8 juice
3:00 protein shake (44g)
5:00 3 cups pasta or 2 turkey burgers on wheat(make on george foreman grill, drains fat and tastes good)
7:00 Protein shake(44g)
8:30-9:00 chicken or steak as much as I have or could take down with1-2 cups of some type of carb
11:00 protein shake(44g)
some day will vary but that is the basis,
Itrain 1 body part a day, 3sets,4to6 reps
I stick to compound movements(bench, squats, deadlifts, barbell curls)
Ifollow a work out method that is on A site calle Max-OT, it is working!
bench went up from. 225 4times last set to 255 4times last set
curling barbell went from 115 to 135
I have put on a small amountof fat but I am lean either way. Iam at 190, but I am ectomorph so with all this weight I look 200
The biggest thing was that I stopped smoking cigs and bud, and layed off the drugs, I feel great! If any body thinks I should adjust stuff let me know!Itrain as hard as possible in the gym, so hard I feel like I am going to pass out or my head is going to pop, but the intensity helps me power up!
I am probably going to hit the juice next but am doing alot of research and reading alot of threads on the as forum!
