What is the equivlency from mcg to mg. AR says dosage should be around 100 to 140mcg a day. With clen thats 0.02mg tabs, how many mcg is one tab equivelant to? AR also says 5 to 7 tabs a day. I was told about 3 to 4 by a friend.

mcg=microgram
mg= milligram
.02mg=20mcg

Your frined is wrong. AR Is ALWAYS RIGHT. HAHAHHAHA
For real. Start at one tab,then 2 on day 2 , then 3 and so forth, keep uping it till you can't stand the shakes, then back it off one tab a day and maintain.

yes .020mg is 20mcg...be careful to see that your tabs are 20mcg their are alot of 40mcg tabs out their so don't assume that they are 20mcg.
