    Gelatin Cap Sizes

    What size gelatin caps should I use? I will be getting them from pnp. They say '0' and '00'. Thanks

    depends on what you need them for. 0 fits about a half cc, and 00 holds a bit more.

    Do you know which is bigger and/or how much each is supposed to hold. I imagine both will work fine.
