anyone else thing is form sucks? i mean im not gonna argue the guys huge and grows, but his form is so ****ty on some of the exercises he does, like his lateral dumbell raises and **** like.
again im not gonna argue, the guys is huge and strong, but im just thinking what weight he would use if he's from was perfect on everything without rocking back and stuff like that

) and platz states that when you first start out.. form is everything.. trying to get the feel for the muscle and stuff... and as you progress and know how the muscle should feel and how to opererate it correctly... your form isnt as high as a priority as getting the feel and pump..
