well your friend is lucky.... everyone is different some stuff affects some while some doesnt. You dont have to take only nolva, there are alot of other anti e's. It also depends on what AS you are taking.

that guy was lucky then, or he is not prone to gyno.

some are lucky and can take mild doses without doing any damage, however others only need to look at a bottle of test to have gyno manifest itself.

i would never run any cycle without a proper anti since it is just the smart thing to do instead of leaving it to chance.

there are other anti's you can run, such as arimidex, letrozole, liquidex...

any test in an amount that is too high for the body will produce these effects.

running prop v. cyp v. enth will not do anything as you will develop gyno from all three if you are prone.

Anti-e's can hinder your gains during a cycle, but what would you rather have: a 495lb bench rather than a 500lb bench with no tits, or a 500lb bench with tits? You dont HAVE to use them during, but always have them available just in case. Any gains lost are insignificant compared to possible sides.

Im running a 10 week cykle of 500mg sustanon a week, when should i start with the nolva and the clomid and what dosages? thx for ur help
