I agree with MudMan. I am about the same size as your partner. I am 5' 9.5" and I weigh 212. I recently had my bf% checked (the 7 caliper method), and it was 15.8% (I'm 30 yo). You boy has a little less fat than me, you can see more pairs of abs on him than on me. I am more vascular than him. He may go a little higher...maybe 13-14%.

Your buddy has a good base. Delts and back look great. Assuming he's got the training and diet down, he should jump on a cycle.

Well proportioned upper body. The only thing I'd suggest is some heavy barbell rows and wide grip lat pulls front and rear. How abour legs/calves? Pumpseker is right. He should do a good bulking cycle now and add 20 lbs and he'd really look great. He just needs a bit more size and to harden up.

You training partner has a solid base there. Arms and shoulders have good development. Back is also solid however needs more width. Wide Grip chins baby!!

How are his wheels? Squats are a staple exercise but I am sure you are bustin' his ass in the gym already. Is he planning on joining the board?
