Im 5"11 153 lbs I have a well planned balanced diet and most of my meals are on target with my goals for bulking up. Only question is that on some days i totally have to FORCE feed myself just to make the 3000 calories i need to gain a pound a week. On the days i dont think i will be able reach my 3000 cal quota, I intend to supplement with Weider megamass 4000 to pack on the essential calories i need. anyone had GOOD experience with this mass gainer? Thanks!
