If you're asking about taking them when you're not cycling or long after a cycle, then you'll be disappointed. You'll want to maintain normal physiological levels of estrogen. To lose fat, there are so many good ways....this isn't one of them.Hi guys,

I am not sure what you are asking about. It is not a smart choice to use anti estrogens for fat loss. Diet, cardio, clen & eca is the way to go
