See there everyone, I do workout sometimes too.Constructive criticism is always welcomed and I will take it for what it is. I need the motivation and the guidance to improve so I will not take it as an insult. I have a lot to learn and a lot to improve on and you can bet the next time I post my pics I will look even better.
Height: 6 ft.
Weight: 210 in the first 2 pics and I was at 187 - 190 at 2 days out I believe. I stepped on stage at 180.

YOu look good my friend, everything looks well in proportion. Maybe calves are laggin behind with back and legs but chest and arms look great. I really have no opinion of the delts but feel like they are laggin as well. You have some pretty impressive arms,you have done a good job. Now its time to add some real mass bro and blo em away.
p.s-in some pics your calves look up to par and in some pics they look not in proportion,maybe those megamamoth arms throwing em off.

the calves could use a little work - hell, who's calves couldn't ??
as for the guns / delts / chest - lookin very thick even after you cut up. nice job.
btw - how much did you pig out after your comp ???
