need some help please

hey guys just need some pros input on this situation, about a week and a half ago i shot 250mg cyp,100mgprop, 125mg deca into my left quad, next day it hurt a lot and as the days went by it hurt but not massive pain, and when i touch my quad i got a lump there now a week later but the pain has gone away. so i am thinking that the oil had leaked between the muscle and the skin. what do i do now rubbed everyday and it will go away or what but there is no pain.AJ

umm...if I understand you right you should be ok...but you arne't shooting prop once a week are you??

don't inject three times into the same spot. rotate it. I go left quad, right quad, left pec, right pec, left ass cheek, right ass cheek, left bicep, right bicep...
