Hey bros I was wondering if it was a good idea to only run clomid after my sust cycle, I have not been able to get my hands on any hcg and was wondering if just running the clomid would be effective in re gaing my owm test and if it will help to fight the crash effect. I also would like to know is efedrine good to take at the end of a cycle in place of clen to fight the anti catablic effects. thanks in advance.

HCG is not needed for PCT. HCG is better for mid cycle. Use the clomid like your supposed to with nolva PC. Ephedrines anti-catabolic is so weak it won't be usefull at the end of a cycle. But it is good for burning fat. Clenbuterol is cheaper and fairly anti-catabolic. Other than clen and maybe anavar the only other anti-catabolics would be roids, but then that defeats the purpose so clen is a good coice and cheap.
