Sust needs to be taken e3d and its better if taken eod. You should run the test a minimum of 10 weeks and no less then 375mg a week. The winny should be run no more then 6 weeks at the end of a cycle and carry it past your last shot of sust by 17 days. Clen is up to you. Got any questions pm me.
