Potentially some vision problems....as well as any sides you normally feel from clomid.
Why would you want to go so long? If you've got a good solid pct regimen (nolva, Ldex, possibly HCG prior to clomid), you won't need anything more than 3 MAYBE 4 weeks.

don't think you'll get more then you will get from 3-4 weeks of therapy.. but like einstein said.. why so long.. have you done a long long cycle ??
