    Whatever your name is,

    You remind me a lot of myself when i was your age. When I use to hit a lat spread, the V taper was there but i just had to add thickness. Like me, you already have the wide clavicles and the small waist...you just have to fill out your frame. Stick with the basics....deads, bent over rows, t-bar rows, pull ups, and always strive to lift heavier.

    And you need to eat. You're a true ectomorph and it's guys like you that actually make me sick because you get to eat whatever the **** you want and not get "fat." As long as you're getting your 1.5 times your bodyweight in protein spread out evenly throughout the day, you should really be eating as much carbs and fat as you can to support growth. If you do this, I guarantee that you'll get bigger...with or without the supps. Yeah, a little of your gains might be fat...but at least you'll be maximizing your potential for gains.

    I agree totally......Eat like a ****in horse kid.......I'm sick and tired of seeing chicken breasts and rice......Burgers and Fries buddy.......no sauce for a year...
