I have a two part question.
1. If I am working out 5 mornings a week, can I do cardio 5 nights a week? I was under the impression running breaks down muscle.
2. If I am working out 5 mornings a week, can I work the same muscle that night if I want to??

HITT does work, so does working out 4-5 days a week, just depends how hard you train and which muscles you train. Muscles should be trained once a week ideally, no more than 2 times a week. . .for more stubborn muscle groups. Some train abs every day, well that may work for some, but I have never reccomended it. Abdominals are a muscle(actually a group of muscles), just as your chest is a muscle, let it/them rest, and it/they shall grow.
